These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Proof of Edge website, academy, market-intelligence dashboard, Telegram services and related tools (together, the "Service"), operated by Proof of Edge Academy ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
The Service provides educational content and market analytics. Nothing on the Service constitutes financial, investment, legal or tax advice; a recommendation to buy or sell any asset; portfolio management; or brokerage services. We are not a licensed financial advisor, broker or dealer. All probabilities, scores, statistics and analyses are educational illustrations derived from historical data.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to access educational trading content in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for compliance with your local laws.
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and notify us of any unauthorized use. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
Membership pricing is displayed at checkout. Membership includes the stated period of premium platform access; continued premium access thereafter requires renewal at the then-current price. Cryptocurrency payments are confirmed on-chain; access is provisioned automatically after network confirmation. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
All content on the Service — lessons, text, software, scoring models, charts, branding — is owned by or licensed to us and protected by applicable law. Members receive a personal, non-transferable, non-commercial license to use the content for their own education.
Trading involves substantial risk of loss. Past performance, backtests, and displayed probabilities do not guarantee future results. Losing periods are a statistical certainty of any probabilistic method. You acknowledge that any trading decisions you make are yours alone and at your own risk, as detailed in our Risk Disclosure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages, or for any trading losses, arising from your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We continuously improve the Service and may modify features, content and models. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access (exchanges, data providers and networks can fail independently of us).
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. Sections 6–8 survive termination.
We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
