14-day money-back guarantee

If Academy Membership isn't right for you, request a full refund within 14 days of purchase — no lengthy justification required. We ask (optionally) what didn't work so we can improve.

Fair-use condition

The guarantee applies provided you have not completed more than 30% of the academy curriculum within the refund window. This protects us from the small number of people who consume an entire course and then request their money back; it will never be used against genuine members.

How refunds are paid

Cryptocurrency payments are refunded in the same currency and network used for purchase, to a wallet address you confirm in writing, normally within 5 business days of approval. Network fees for the refund transaction may be deducted where the refund is not due to our error.

After 14 days

Purchases become non-refundable after the 14-day window, since membership grants immediate access to the complete digital curriculum and premium analytics. If something is wrong with your access at any time, contact us — we fix service problems regardless of refund windows.

Renewals

Annual premium-access renewals may be refunded in full within 14 days of the renewal payment provided premium features have not been substantially used in that period.
